About us
RUKA SRHR Network (RUKA Network) is a youth led community-based organization that works in coalition with likeminded organizations and individuals to pull efforts in fundraising and support. The organization was registered in November 2015 under ministry of Labor, Social Security and Services. Our main focus is to identify and resolve pressing community issues and to make measurable changes through partnerships with Schools, Government departments, neighborhood associations, corporates and other civil organizations.
RUKA Network is committed to supporting and creating awareness in basic life skills, menstrual hygiene management, livelihood and participation in mentorship programs. We provide trainings and technical assistance to adolescents and community on reproductive health and life skills that lead to positive behavior change, this is made possible by our well-trained volunteers, mentors and community health volunteers who make up our community support system.
